The stupid in us all!
Stupidity
For seeming eons my life has been sculptured and mastered, defined in all proportions and base reliefs by fears. I have feared more deeply and perhaps more fully than many who are yet ridden ill through fearful fantasies.
But as I fear, fear may not be so collated into the limited dimensions credited to it, fear is apprehension, fright, dread and alarm. But it is still more!
Fear is a reoccurring process in all humans to some extent or another; due to unlimited reasons which stretching into infinite proportions yet irrational thoughts(fear) in essence boil down to limited logic, poor cognition. Better known as intelligence or wisdom. We are all ignorant beings, ALL ignorant for we are limited in our acquired knowledge, for though we may at times known, we ever be ignorant of the unknown, and there ever be unknown.
And that unknown gives rise to that we fear. My previous post(Fear Not) touches on this element of fear, attempting to give rise to reason over repulsion, over that we fear.
Yet I do find in myself belief that all humans have a given place in their minds to that accredited painful, that which terminates joyful feelings resulting in remorse of feelings and displeasure be it great or small. Consequently these are largely feared repeated therefore give rise to a most basic form of fear.
A argument may be raise in opposition that these be not of ignorance but of forlearned and acquired experience, yet what is experience? Yet "carbon copies" EXACT EQUALS our lives experiences are not! What folly to irrationally conclude such a intellectually base assumption. For experiences perhaps run parallel to one yet before, yet they never touch, never be united as one the same. For what we are unable to vanquish in times past we may vanquish as of now, perhaps due to wisdom, perhaps probability, or perhaps extreme good fortune(i tend to exclude the last one, yet it happens:D).
Then there are other forms of fears based on what one has not personally experienced but has witnessed as a second party or perhaps third party. I believe these be dangerous in the extreme for they may be as varied as individuals involved for they do not stem from solely individualistic reasoning of one but from the often warped mind of another. This maybe as varied as that which friends have experienced to what is seen on television, internet or other sources of information in mass that are so readily available(as if we wished to breed a fearful society)
These fears mount crusades on those weak, weak mentally, or in other such capacities. I believe one who is knowledgeable or substantial in understanding will Never fall prey to these skewed phobias. But those below, perhaps par-mortals are most easily prey to these visions or images and thus fear greatly and wholly that which may never take place and is not "natural" to their logical thought process but inserted by another.
As we are a purblind and yet most often ignorant society, alas a tremendous proportion fall into this category of fearful stupidity
Other forms of fears are entirely concocted in the mind, where ones with an intelligence perhaps signed, or perhaps exceeding their mental capacities or yet perhaps currently off balanced in some areas, (often but not solely due to emotional instability, stress and a variety of other situations). This one concocts a phantomed fear which given a conducive environment will grow to often become a driving influence in the said ones life, dictating much to the individuals positive progress causing intellectual harm. And alas through fear we perhaps bring about that reality.
However largely fears our but ignorance, ignorance due to stupidity manifested in extreme!
And I stand by the implied, those who are subject to fear be stupid.
To be ruled by a ideal that be not ideal and dictating by mandatory decree is folly, for what takes place be in the realm of God.
So Fear Not, as lone mortals fear.
We are all subject beings to "Stupidity" and degeneration for we all fear.
